Specific Relief Act, 1963–Sec. 6–Inquiry under–Nature of Inquiry under the provision is summary in nature and confined to the scope as to whether the plaintiff was in possession and he was dispossessed without his consent and without resorting to the process of law prior to six months from the date of institution of the suit.
