Rajasthan Court Fees & Suit Valuation Act, 1961–Secs. 24(b)/26(a)–Direction to value the suits in terms of the provisions of the Act–One suit for injunction based on agreement to sale was based on consideration amount of Rs. 42 lakhs and the suit was valued @ 60,000/- –Suit for declaration was valued at Rs. 50 lakhs–Held, trial Court rightly concluded that the Court fees was valued arbitrarily.
