Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881–Sec. 142–Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 406–Six complaint cases pertain to same transaction–Two in Nagpur and four in Delhi–Possibility of contradictory findings being rendered in connection therewith by different Courts–It would be appropriate to transfer the cases to New Delhi.
