Power of Attorney–Significance–V was having the power of attorney to file the appeal on behalf of J–J cancelled the power of attorney through the public notice–Thereafter, V was not having any right to continue the appeal–Application for restoration of appeal filed by him was not tenable–Further, after transposition of other LRs., J was the sole appellant and he was well within the right to withdraw the second appeal–Impugned order of High Court for restoration of appeal and passing of stricture against the appellant is not sustainable.
