Transfer of Property Act, 1882–Sec. 52–Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 1, Rule 10–Judgment rendered in the case of Bibi Zubaida does not place a bar on impleadment of transferees who purchased property without seeking leave of the Court–It has been held in the judgment that transferees pendente lite cannot seek impleadment as a matter of right.
