Rajasthan Municipal Act, 2009–Sec. 43–Constitution of India, 1950–Art. 243 T–Reservation for the seats of Chairpersons in the Municipalities–In the State of Rajasthan, reservation is to be followed as per Sec. 43(4)–Offices reserved for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes shall be distributed throughout the State and located as far as practicable in those areas where the proportion of their population to the total population is comparatively large–The policy formulated by the State cannot be said to be unreasonable or unfair.
