Contributory Negligence–Motorcycle collided with bus–Courts below determined the negligence 25% on part of deceased and 75% on part of driver of bus–Accident occurred when the bus was turning to its right side without showing the turn indicator–Driver of bus was sole negligent–He was required to take extra care & caution while taking a turn–View taken by Tribunal and High Court is liable to be set aside.
