Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 39, Rules 1 & 2–Scope–Court should not grant injunction to restrain the encashment of bank guarantee or letter of credit, except where the fraud is alleged to have been committed while executing the bank guarantee or letter of credit by the beneficiary or
where irretrievable damage would be caused to the party concerned, if the injunction against the invocation not granted.
