Electricity Act, 2003–Secs. 126 & 135–Scope–All instances of unauthorised use of energy may not amount to theft of electricity within the meaning of Sec. 135, but at the same time, the theft of electiricy which is covered by Sec. 135, will fall within the definition of unauthorised use of electricity.
