Rajasthan Court Fees & Suit Valuation Act, 1961–Sec. 11–Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 7, Rule 11–Objection as regard to proper valuation–Ground for rejection of plaint–The plaint cannot be rejected on the ground that the suit was not properly valued–When the Court passes an order under sub-clause (b) & (c) of Rule 11 of Order 7 and there is a non-compliance on behalf of the plaintiffs, the plaint can be rejected on these grounds–Objection taken by the petitioner shall be decided by the Trial Court–Interference declined.
