Practice & Procedure–Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 8, Rule 1-A(3), Order 13, Rule 2–In the application for production of additional documents, the incorrect provision of law was mentioned due to typographical error–Though the application was filed at the fag end of trial yet the reason of rejection was assigned to the mentioning of the wrong provision–Reason of delay in filing the application was not considered–Impugned order is liable to be quashed and set aside.
