Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987–Sec. 21–Industrial Disputes Act, 1947–Constitution of India, 1950–Art. 226–Special appeal filed by the workman was allowed and his termination order was quashed and set aside–Direction was issued to petitioner-RSRTC to reinstate the workman without back wages–Being not satisfied with the award, petitioner filed a review petition–Matter was kept before the National Lok Adalat and the impugned award was passed on the basis of consent of counsel of petitioner–Consent given by the standing counsel of petitioner acts as estoppel and binding on the parties–Unless it is established that any mischief or fraud has been played with the petitioner, the award passed by the National Lok Adalat cannot be challenged only on technical counts–Interference declined.
