Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Act, 1994–Sec. 15–Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Election Rules, 1994–Redrawing to lottery and determination of reservation for holding the election of the Panchayati Raj Institutions–Earlier, this Court had quashed the notification as regard to the delimitation of Gram Panchayats–Operation and effect of the judgment were stayed by Supreme Court–Meanwhile, the process of election started and election in the first phase for 1119 Gram Panchayats was declared by following the judgment passed by this Court–Prospect of the entire election process getting vitiated in the case ultimately the judgment passed by this Court was not sustained–Action of Election Commission in staying the process of certain election of first phase was proper–If the Election process was to run its full length, the election of winning candidates would have stood vitiated for lack of holding the election based on incomplete delimitation–Impugned action does not warrant any
interference.
