Criminal Trial–Blood stains on the recovered articles–Report in relation to shirt of the accused is inconclusive as the same was already washed–Out of eight samples sent to FSL, the blood group of blood-stained articles (six in number) remained inconclusive–Merely because on the basis of presence of human blood without matching of blood group on the shirt of the appellant and the axe recovered from his house, it will not be safe to hold the appellant guilty as the FSL report does not indicate blood group of all the articles sent for examination.
