Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 302 & 458–Murder–Conviction–As per medical evidence, cause of death was strangulation caused by the compression of neck–Child witness PW 1 gave clinching evidence establishing the fact that the appellant was responsible for murder of deceased–No reason for falsely implicating–Appellant was involved in an earlier incident of trespassing and outraging the modesty of the deceased–Clear evidence as regard to evil motive–Held, no infirmity is found in the impugned order of conviction.
