Rajasthan Stamps Act, 1998–Secs. 51 & 65–Direction for deposit of Rs. 75,46,384/- as deficient stamp duty–Writ petition against–Maintainability–Alternative remedy u/s. 65(1) of the Act is available to the petitioner–Petitioner failed to demonstrate that three contingencies i.e. – there was a violation of the principles of natural justice in the proceedings before the District Collector, there was a violation of his fundamental rights, and the proceeding before the District Collector was without jurisdiction–Writ petition is liable to be dismissed as not maintainable.
