Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1985–Sec. 18–Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 438–Anticipatory bail–Entitlement–If there is a specific averment in the complaint, namely, insult or intimidation with intent to humiliate by calling with caste name, the accused persons are not entitled to anticipatory bail.
