Hindu Marriage Act, 1955–Sec. 13B(2)–Mutual consent of parties–Period for subsistence –Consent has to subsist from the day of filing joint application by the parties, till the decree of divorce is passed by the Court and it should be valid subsisting consent when the parties are heard for second motion–If either of party at this stage wants to withdraw consent and not willing to grant decree of divorce, the Court cannot pass a decree of divorce on mutual consent.
