Rajasthan Prisoners Open Air Camp Rules, 1972–Rule 3(d)–Penal Code, 1860–Sec. 376–Entitlement for sending in the Open Air Camp–Open Air Camp envisaged that the families were to live with the accused persons and also earn their livelihood together–Any kind of fear psychosis which could be created by such persons, who would be charged with the offences like Sec. 376 of IPC would render the rest of the families and the other inmates in the camp amenable to apprehension–No ground is found for interference in the impugned order of denial.
