Rajasthan Tenancy Act, 1955–Sec. 15A –Suit for granting the khatedari rights on the basis of possession–Dismissed by SDO–BOR confirmed the findings–In the Jamabandi of Svt. 2047 to 2050, land was recorded as govt. land–Plaintiffs failed to produce the Jamabandi of any year and only khasra numbers were mentioned–No proof was produced by them to show the possession in the Svt. 2012–Aforesaid land was belonging to a person of scheduled caste in Svt. 2012–No evidence as regards the cultivation of land by plaintiffs–Held, BOR rightly observed that the plaintiffs failed to prove their case–Interference declined.
