Opium Act, 1878–Sec. 4/9–Conviction–Sustainability–Samples were taken weighing 30 gms. each but they were found 40 & 42 gms. in FSL–FSL report cannot be held proved against the petitioner–No other evidence to prove that recovered contraband was opium–Held, the conviction cannot be sustained.
