Registration Act, 1908–Secs. 17 & 49–While deciding the application for requirement of registration of document, trial Court hold that the document was neither relevant nor admissible–Whether proper ?–Held, no–Court was required to confine itself to the admissibility of the document for want of registration–Relevance of document can be decided only at the time of final adjudication of the case–Further, the Court below has not given any reason for holding the memorandum to be inadmissible in evidence–Impugned part of order deserves to be quashed.
