Registration Act, 1908–Secs. 37 & 72–Constitution of India, 1950–Art. 227–Objection as regard to the denial of executing the incomplete and forged sale deed in favour of the second respondent–Ground that the respondent furnished the false informations in order to get the signatures on the sale deed–Sub-registrar declined to register the document–In the appeal u/s. 74, Registrar set aside the order of sub-registrar–Writ petition against –Dismissed–Appellant did not deny the signatures on the sale deed–The essence of her grievance was that her signatures were taken forcibly and the sale deed does not reflect the intent of the parties in term of the area which was intended to be sold and the sale consideration was undervalued–Appeal before the Registrar was not maintainable–Writ petition was also not maintainable–Impugned orders are liable to be set aside.
