Juvenile Justice (Care & Protection of Children) Act, 2000–Sec. 12–Bail–Denial–Justification–Bail can be denied only if the situation envisaged in Sec. 12 is found–Court below was to call the report of Probation Officer before considering the bail application–Impugned order set aside and matter remanded back for deciding afresh.
