Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 173(5)–Scope–Investigation agency should forward to the concerned Court all documents/statements etc. on which the prosecution proposes to rely on the course of the trial–Investigation officer can request to the concerned Court to exclude any part of the statement or document forwarded u/s. 373(5) from the copies to be granted to the accused.
