Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 207–Copies of documents which are to be furnished to accused-
(i) the police report,
(ii) the FIR recorded u/s. 154,
(iii) the statements recorded u/s. 161(3) of all persons whom the prosecution proposes to examine as its witnesses, excluding therefrom any part in regard to which a request for such exclusion has been made by the police officer u/s. 173(6)
(iv) the confession and statements, if any u/s. 164,
(v) any other document or relevant extract forwarded to the Magistrate with the police report u/s. 173(5).
