Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Sec. 91 (2)–Cases of public nuisance or
wrongful acts–Representative suit–Trial Court should normally direct the private individuals to avail their independent remedy, if they can establish their own cause of action arising in the suits u/s. 91, unless the plaint discloses a grave and genuine public nuisance or wrongful acts causing adverse effect on public at large.
