Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Sec. 91 & Order 1, Rule 8–Representative suit–Section provides an exceptional locus to the person even though not directly having any cause in the matter and no special damage have been caused to themselves, but want to espouse the cause of a group of public or public at large in the specified areas of public nuisance and wrongful acts effecting such public of group of public at large.
