Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985–Sec. 37–Granting of bail–Justification–High Court clearly over-looked the crucial requirements and glossed over the circumstances which were material to the issue as to whether a case for grant of bail was established–Seriousness and gravity of offence was not given due weight–Aftter the bail, respondent remained away from the trial resulting in the issuance of non-bailable warrant against him–Impugned order of granting bail is liable to be set aside.
