Specific Relief Act, 1963–Sec. 12–Execution of agreement–Establishment–Though H denied the signatures on the agreement but he denies also his signatures on the vakalatnama and written statement, therefore, his statement in respect of the denial from signatures cannot be relied upon–Witness of agreement and deed writer proved his signatures–This Court has also compared the signatures from the naked eyes and signatures are not found differed or mismatched–Held, Court below rightly concluded that the execution of the agreement by H is established.
