II, High Court adopted a uniform rule and reduced the sentence up to the period already undergone–Deceased sustained at least six head injuries including fractures and haemorrhage–Accused K underwent the sentence for nine years and four months–At the other end of the spectrum, S underwent only eleven months–Appropriate sentence would be five years for all accused–Directed accordingly.
