Closing of Evidence–Justification–While rejecting the application under Order 6, Rule 17, trial Court closed the evidence of the petitioner–Though the 4-5 opportunities had been given yet some more time should have been allowed to lead the evidence–Impugned order is quashed and set aside up to the extent of closing the evidence of petitioner.
