Rajasthan Rent Control Act, 2001–Secs. 9, 20(1) & 20(3)–Scope–Whether the application for recovery of rent in term of Sec. 20(3) can be held nonmaintainable as the possession of the tenanted premises has already been handed–over to the land lord–Held, no–Application is maintainable because the explanation of Sec. 20(3) provides that filing of an appeal or other proceedings against the order of issuance of recovery certificate will not save the tenant from his liability to pay mesne profit.
