Recovery of money–Suit for–Dismissed–Appreciation of–Limitation for filing the suit–Revival letters were written by defendant on 7-12-90–However, the limitation had already expired on 20.10.1989 as the last payment was made on 5.10.1986–After expiration of limitation, writing of revival letters i.e. provisions of Sec. 18 or 19 would not help the plaintiff for extension of limitation–Trial Court rightly hold that the suit was barred by limitation.
