Penal Code, 1860–Sec. 304-B–Soon before death–Meaning of–It is employed to refer to cruelty or harassment which was meted out in proximity to the death and has to be construed as the cause of death–Provision does not employ the term ‘’at any time before’’ nor “immediately before” and must
be construed according to its true import.
