filing the suit–As per the terms of agreement, plaintiff was to prepare the papers within the period of one month and handed over the same to the defendant for her signatures and for submitting the same before competent authority–Limitation would start from 28.4.79 i.e. from the date on which the plaintiff had knowledge of intimation on the part of defendant to treat this agreement as cancelled.
