Allotment of Land–Petitioner along with other seven persons were allotted the land as landless persons and, thereafter, the allotments were cancelled–Other six persons filed the writ petitions against the order of cancellation which were allowed, and they were allotted the alternative lands–Petitioner is deprived of the same only on account that he did not file the contempt petition–No legal impediment to allot the land to him in Khasra no. 206 of village Khateron Ki Dhani–Ordered accordingly.
