Evidence Act, 1872–Sec. 65-B–Sequence of events captured by the CCTV Cameras which were stored in the hard disk and reproduced as Ex. P. 86 & 87 were duly accompanied by the requisite certificate–Plea of the petitioners that the hard disk itself was not played in the Court–It was always a part of the record and was available to the Court–At no stage, any objection was raised or a request was made–Held, Court below did not commit any error in relying upon the CCTV footage.
