Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 482–Civil dispute–Scope of quashing the criminal complaint–If the dispute is purely civil in nature but still the complainant chooses to initiate the criminal proceeding, then the same can be quashed–For such purpose also the Court, save and except in very exceptional circumstances would not look to any document relied upon by the defence.
