Rajasthan Pre-emption Act, 1966–Sec. 6–Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 39, Rules 1 & 2–While granting the temporary injunction in the suit of pre-emption, a Court is expected to examine prima facie case with a practical and pragmatic and idealstic view of the matter.
