Transfer of Property Act, 1882–Sec. 55–Scope–Defendant no. 2 executedthe document Ex. 2 in favour of plaintiff and thereafter, executed the sale deed dated 25-05-1976 in favour of defendant no. 1–If the plaintiff wanted to assert that the defendant no. 1 had the information or intimation about the execution of the agreement, the burden to prove such fact lies upto the plaintiff.
