Guardian & Wards Act, 1890–Custody of minor–Minor lost his parents in the COVID- 19 Pandemic–Custody was handed over to maternal aunt who is living in Dahod, a tribal area–Corpus has shown his inclination to stay with the appellant grandparents–He remained with them pursuant to the interim order of custody–Grandparents would always take batter care of their grandson–They are more attached emotionally with grandchildren–Income and/or
the age and/or, the bigger family cannot be the sole criteria to tilt the balance and not to give the custody of grandson to paternal grandparents–View taken by the High Court is not sustainable.
