Indian Succession Act, 1925–Sec. 276–Scope–Probate proceedings areconfined to a declaration regarding the last will of testator and that the testator was in valid disposing state of mind and the same by itself does not confer any title on the beneficiary–Rights qua the ownership or title to the property comprised in the will can be challenged separately and this aspect cannot be made the subject matter of probate proceeding.
