Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 397/401–Scope–Whenever a revision petition is preferred before the revisional Court by challenging the order passed by subordinate Court as per which either the complaint has been dismissed or the final report has been accepted or any other order creating right in favour of a party to the litigation is challenged, then the person against whose interest in challenged in revision has been filed, should be provided an opportunity of hearing.
