Sec. 63(1)(vii)–Scope–Movement of a tenant from his village of tenancy for purpose of earning livelihood to any other place in India would not come within the mischief of Sec. 63(i)(vii)–In the instant case, there was no evidence to show that the appellant migrated to Pakisthan or any other foreign country–Impugned judgment of Single Bench set aisde and decree passed by RAA restored.
