Insurance Claim–Award–Set aside by National Commission–Sustainability–Respondent no. 2 was authorized to accept the premium for and on behalf of respondent no. 1 Insurance Company–Deceased-husband paid the premium of Rs. 4,000/- to respondent no. 2–Insurance Cover was to be commenced from the fifteen days of payment of premium–If the premium was remitted belatedly by respondent no. 2, the insured cannot be make to suffer–Impugned judgment of National Commission is liable to be set aside.
