Election Law–Order of recounting or inspection–Legal requirements–Held, before passing the order, Election Tribunal must be satisfied that the election petition contains concise statements of all material facts and further on the basis of the material produced, the Court must reach to conclusion that the inspection of the ballots and recounting thereof is absolutely necessary to do complete justice between the parties.
