Penal Code, 1860–Sec. 302/34–Applicability of Sec. 34–All the appellants were doing the business of extorting money from the flat owners–They came together and started A6 exhorted, A2 & A4 caught hold the deceased and A1 & A5 fired at him–Common intention of appellants proved–Conviction was justified.
