Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 205–Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881–Sec. 138–Court below declined to grant the exemption from personal appearance at the stage of the substance of accusation–Plea of the petitioner that the bail bonds for personal appearance u/s. 138, N.I. Act are not necessary to be taken by the Court below at the stage of charge and Sec. 313 CrPC and he may give his appearance through his advocate–Held, exemption from personal appearance may be granted on routine dates subject of submitting the bail bonds, however, he will remain present at the stage of Sec. 313 & judgment.
