Rajasthan Public Trust Act, 1959–Sec. 40–Appointment of trustee–Modes–Trustees are required to be appointed either in terms of the provisions of trust deed or the Court appoints the trustees in term of Sec. 40 of Act–There is no other provision under which the Assistant Commissioner, Devasthan can
declare a person as a trustee of trust.
